Not only does the much-anticipated CBS spinoff “Elsbeth” look like darned good TV and a fantastic “Good Wife” and “Good Fight” spinoff and feature Wendell Pierce, but it also tasks former “True Blood” actors Stephen Moyer and Carrie Preston, at least per one episode. Feb. 29. CBS. Can’t wait.
